To help pass time between challenges, why don't you take a break from scheming and plotting to have a fun discussion?
Is anyone else looking forward to the re-release of Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver? Although it may not be the best generation, obviously, G & S still hold a special place in my heart. I even bought the original games in Japanese when they first came out.

I liked Generation II, although it's the only time so far I didn't pick the Water starter. Picked Squirtle and Mudkip. Haven't played Generation IV because I honestly think it looks retarded.
Totodile just looks... Really stupid. Literally. It looks like it was dropped on its head right after it was hatched, geez.
But anyway, I'm planning on getting HeartGold. I've always picked the warm color. Red, Gold, Ruby, etc.

I played gen 4 and omg they are running out of ideas. Like wtf polygon2 wow
Think I will stop at platinum or i will eventually get heart gold on mah r4

Since HeartGold and SoulSilver clearly look a lot more promising than DP ever did, I'd stop there instead of Platinum.
Also, yeah, they're running out of ideas. Actually, I think they're already out.

I played Crystal so i haven't actually played the original ones but i found it better than yellow which i played for hours on end so i'm glad their doing a remake and if they do make a new one i'll buy that two lol

I'm going to be picking up Soul Silver. I love Gen2 just as much as I loved Gen1. Gen3 wasn't so hot for me. But Gen4, honestly, I enjoyed. (Diamond and Pearl) I started with Piplup and through the online trading got a shiny Torterra. Now, I mean, I know everyone gives the newer generations alot of crap, even I do at times, but you have to admit atleast they're being more unique. I mean, how many pokemon in Generation 1 were pretty much the same Pokemon with just two extra heads? We've also got ones like Ponyta that look almost no different when they evolve.
The newer gens, for their credit are way more diverse atleast.
But that is about the only real plus they have for them, other then online.
Red & Blue are still my all time favorites.

Yellow was a bitch because I always started with Squritle in the first too and I had a hella hard time betting Brock. Plus, I thought Brock and Misty would come along with me, so I was sad.  Also Pikachu hated me. Like every time I went to chat to him he would glare or just look away. Funny thing, same with my Pocket Pikachu. ... And now that I think about it, Hey You, Pikachu! was a bit angry at me too. I don't think Pikachu's like me. |

That does not count as a game and anyone who considers it as such will receive and automatic 10 self votes at the next tribal council, regardless of if their tribe wins or loses.
