IMMUNITY CHALLENGE #15: Rock Tunnel Rumble
Instructions:
-For your next challenge, you will be navigating through the rock tunnel, collecting as many Pokemon as you can while racing to the exit. The catch is, you will have no idea which way to go and you'll be on the clock: the last Pokemon to be left in the rock tunnel will automatically be disqualified from winning immunity!
-You will each be starting at the same point on a map that I have created offline. On your turn, you will tell me over a chat's whisper function if you want to move either: Up, Down, Left or Right. I will then move your corresponding on the board in that direction.
-Once you land on a new space, you will be given one of the following in your chat room window:
1) 'There is nothing here'. This would mean as it sounds, there is nothing of importance in this area.
2) 'You've fallen into a trap!' This would mean that you have become trapped and will have to skip your next turn, movement wise.
3) 'You've found a wild Pokemon!' This would mean you've found a wild Pokemon and will be given a chance to win it.
-If you happen to find a wild pokemon, you will then receive an entry from your Pokedex. This entry will not contain the Pokemon's name, it will only have a general description of the Pokemon. You will be given 1 minute to guess what Pokemon it is and you will have only one guess at it. After you guess, if you guess correctly, you'd win that Pokemon. If you guess incorrectly, you will not be told what Pokemon it is and will not win that Pokemon.
-Only you will know if you won the Pokemon or not, it will not be announced to the rest of the group.
-The object of this game is to gather as many Pokemon as you can before leaving the cave.
-If you happen to miss a Pokemon, you will miss your chance at capturing it all together.
-No one will know just how many Pokemon are in the Rock Tunnel.
Scoring:
-For each Pokemon you correctly identify, you will be awarded 1 point.
-The first Pokemon to find their way to the exit and leave will win +2 points added onto their final score. The second Pokemon to exit will receive +1. The third and fourth Pokemon to leave will receive no extra points, and the fifth Pokemon left in the cave will automatically be left out of the running for immunity.
NOTE:
-If you have to leave during the course of the game, you can do so. In the event of someone leaving, you will be kept in your place until the end of the challenge, in case you return. If you do not return, you will be disqualified. If two or more people have to leave, the player who at the time had the fewest amount of Pokemon will be disqualified instead. This will only be in effect if all five players show up. If four or less do, no one will be disqualified, you will just be removed from the game and will not have a chance at bonus points.
-If you miss guess on a Pokemon, you will not have a retry at it. It will be gone forever. So make sure you brush up on your Poke-knowledge.
-The Pokedex entries are going to mash ups of official pokedex entries that were given in the game.
-The chatroom will be located here: client2.addonchat.com/sc.php?id=439422 and will take place on Wednesday, the 17th at 9PM EST
Badge: The Volcano Badge will be given out to the player who finds it within the cave. It is hidden in one random cell on the floor of the Rock Tunnel. The Pokemon who finds it must use the power of the Volcano Badge, and it will be announced at the chat tonight.
Eliminated Players: If you have been eliminated, but would like to watch, feel free the chat is open to anyone.
