Part #2: Proof of Victory
The first part of our challenge will be known as the Proof of Victory. Since our final goal is to get you guys to the very top of the Indigo Plateau, you have to first prove that you're worthy in the eyes of the Pokemon League. To do this, a Pokemon trainer normally has to collect all eight badges. Over these solo challenges we have been handing out various badges. And I have told you that these badges would come in handy for a later challenge... well, this is the one.
However, before we begin I had asked the eliminated players to each give up their badges if they so choose. Only two players offered to give badges, Growlithe and Mewtwo.
Growlithe will be giving her Thunder Badge to SNORLAX along with the message, "The thunder badge had served me well. I hope it does the same for you."
Mewtwo has asked that his Boulder Badge be given to the player who did not receive any badges from players. Since Jolteon already has two, and Growlithe gave hers to Snorlax, the boulder badge will go to VULPIX.
This challenge will prove to us that you are worthy of stepping foot inside the Pokemon League. There will be eight challenges listed below, one for each badge in the Kanto region. You will have to complete each challenge to prove that you are worthy of entering the Pokemon League. Good luck
BOULDER BADGE
Professor Oak's Run Down
For your first challenge you will be answering an assortment of fifteen Pokemon knowledge questions. These questions range from easy to hard, but they are all worth the same amount of points. For each one you score correctly you earn 1 point.

Boulder Badge: If any player has the boulder badge, they will receive a +3 points bonus on their final total score for this section.
CASCADE BADGE

For your second challenge you will be given ten Pokemon-related words that have been all scrambled up. It is your task is to unscramble them. For each word you correctly unscramble you will receive 1 point. There is no theme to these words other then that they are all Pokemon related.

Cascade Badge: If any player has the cascade badge, they will receive a +3 point bonus on their final total score for this section.

Your third challenge, you will head to the link listed below.

1) Tell us if the song is from a CD, Game, or the Anime
2) Tell us where its from, either the name of the CD, the name of the game, or the episode it is featured in.
3) Tell us the name of the song.
For each point you answer correctly you'll get one point. Some answers may have multiple origins. List as many as you can find for more points.
Thunder Badge: If any player has the thunder badge, they will receive a +5 points bonus on their final total score for this section.

On the grid below, all Pokemon will select three random spots.

Rattata - Finding this will award you +2 point
Pidgey - Finding this will award you +3 points.
Pokeball - Finding this will award you +5 points.
Male Trainer - Finding this will reduce your points by -1
Female Trainer - Finding this will reduce your points by -2
Rival - Finding this will reduce your points by -4
Your final amount will be added to your total score. If you happen to get a negative score, you will just receive a 0 for this second.
Rainbow Badge: If any player has the rainbow badge, they can find out what one of their squares is before the final results are sent out and change it to another square if they feel so.
MARSH BADGE
Pokemon Puzzle League
Below you will find a link to three different puzzles. You must complete each of these puzzles and send them back to me.
1) Word SearchBelow you will find a link to a word search. Contain within this word search are twenty Survivor related words. You must search and find each one, and circle them with an external program. Paint will due, or online editing software can be found for free with a quick google search. Each word you correctly find will award you +1 point.

3) Slider PuzzleBelow is a link to a slider puzzle. You must slide this puzzle into place using your mouse. Once done, take a print screen of the completed puzzle. The amount of moves, located at the top left, MUST BE in the screen shot. If not, you will receive no points for this one. The Pokemon with the lowest amount of moves will get +5 points, second lowest will get +3 and highest will get +1.

1) Have five random words revealed to them of the Word Search.
2) Have two more letter hints on revealed to them on the Cryptogram.
3) Have 100 moves shaved off their final total moves of the slider puzzle.
SOUL BADGE
Creative Flare
Each of you will have to create for me web banner that represents Survivor Kanto. How you create it and what it looks like its completely up to you. Each of your banners will be rated and judged Pichu and I and put into a list. You will receive two scores for this part, one from each list. If you are either mine or Pichu's favorite, you get +5 points. If you're either mine or Pichu's second favorite, you get +3 points. If you're either mine or pichu's least favorite you get +1 point.
Soul Badge: No one in this game has the Soul Badge. Had you earned it, the player would have been free to create something other then a banner for this part of the challenge.
VOLCANO BADGE
Secret Parcel
In each of your confessionals there will be a post titled Oak's Parcel. At anytime you see fit, you can begin by posting in that thread "[Pokemon] delivers the parcel." For the next hour from when you start, every five minutes continue to post "[Pokemon] delivers the parcel". After the hour is up, you must stop posting. Any extra posting reduces your score by -1. Any missed posts reduces your score -1. Any deleted posts reduces your score -1. Any edited posts will not count. For each post you make during that hour, you gain +1 point.
Volcano Badge: If any player has the volcano badge, he can stop a half hour earlier. That extra half hour will be added onto their time as if they made every post for that last half hour.

Who's That Pokemon?!
Each of the eliminated players has been sent the following survey and asked to answer it about the final three. You will now be answering these questions how you think that all the eliminated players answered them. Please be aware, its not just the jury who answered these, its any eliminated Pokemon who sent them back. For each correctly guessed question, you'll get +1 point.

Earth Badge: If any player has the earth badge, they will receive a +2 bonus points on their final score for this section.
Once you have completed each part of the challenge and we have graded them, you will receive your next part of the challenge. And what would it be if I didn't relive the past with some fun bonuses? First Pokemon to send it in gets a +5 added to their score, second gets a +3 and the last pokemon to send it in gets +1.
You will have one week to do your challenges, it will be due
SATURDAY, APRIL 10th at 5PM EST. ALL ANSWERS MUST BE SENT IN TOGETHER (expect for the Secret Parcel challenge, which can be done anytime before April 10th. If any link does not work, please let me know as soon as you can.
